Barrell Dovetail is an expression that artfully combines whiskey that has been finished three different ways, and does it so well that they fit together so well the only approptiate name would be: Dovetail. This bottle utilizes whiskey finished in Dunn Cabernet, toasted French Oak, and vintage Port pipes to evolve the original product into an entirely new sipping experience.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of caramel, vanilla, oak, and anise. On the palate is molasses, cream, chocolate, and candied caramel. It has medium oak intensity, a syrupy mouthfeel with warm sensations and a long finish.
