Belle Meade Cognac Cask Finished Bourbon blends bourbons ranging in age from 6-9 years, a matured process that imparts a luxurious softness to the high-rye content bourbon. The bourbon was then finished in French Limousin Oak that had been used to age one of the world’s premiere Fine Champagne XO Cognacs, resulting in a surprising and exciting bourbon.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of grape, butterscotch, black pepper, and apple. On the palate is rye, black pepper, apricot, and apple. It has light oak intensity, a syrupy mouthfeel with warm sensations and a medium finish.
