Move over, single barrel bourbon; single rack is here to stay. Calumet Farm selects whiskey from the center cuts of the warehouse to be bottled one rack at a time. A rack (consisting of nineteen barrels) is selected for bottling as Single Rack Black only when it has reached at least twelve years of age, and has met the utmost quality standards for flavor profile.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of nutmeg, must, leather, and honey. On the palate is leather, vanilla, sugarcane, and rye. It has medium oak intensity, a thin mouthfeel with harsh sensations and a short finish.
