Something of an evolution occurred from the Spice Tree label from Compass Box, which lead to the development of a hybrid oak cask that accents and underlines the rich spicy flavors of their whisky. This rich expression brings forward layers of flavor that will satisfy the most discerning Scotch drinker.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and cedar. On the palate is ginger, rye, licorice, and grains. It has young oak intensity, a subtle mouthfeel and a medium finish.
