El Dorado Rum is a masterpiece of Caribbean distillation. It’s made by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana—a country so renowned for its rum production that it supplied the British Royal Navy with rum for more than 200 years. The Diamond Estate Distillery still churns out a variety of spirits today; the historic stills built in the 18th and 19th centuries are still in operation and produce a number of amazing flavors. A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of vanilla, oak, caramel, and apple. On the palate is vanilla, tea, raisin, and nutmeg. It has light oak intensity, a thin mouthfeel and a short finish.
