The blue Weber agave used in Monte Alban comes from the Tequila Valley and the Region de Los Altos de Jalisco, which gives the tequila its unique herbal characteristics. The traditional double distillation process in alembics ensures the steam never contacts the fermented agave juice, preserving the quality of the spirit.
