Montelobos Espadin is a skillfully crafted joven mezcal made from 100% organically grown, sustainably cultivated agave Espadin. The production process includes roasting the agave in an underground pit, milling it with a traditional stone Tahona, and twice distilling it in copper stills. The result is a balanced and complex spirit that showcases the best that mezcal has to offer.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of smoke, oak, hay / straw, and agave. On the palate is soy sauce, rose, prune, and peat. It has young oak intensity, a thick mouthfeel with pungent sensations and a medium finish.
