Papillon is a Bordeaux style blend made in Napa Valley, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petite Verdot. The wine was aged for sixteen months in French oak to achieve the rich flavor. Papillon truly characterizes the theme of a bold and massive wine that is also delicate and complex. It can be paired with pasta, salads, chicken, red meat and pork.
