Angel’s Envy Rye Whiskey Finished In Caribbean Rum Casks. A blend of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this whiskey is aged in charred American white oak barrels. It’s then finished in Caribbean rum casks to give it a smooth, complex flavor. The result? A spirit that tastes like an adult version of a chocolate-covered pretzel dipped in caramel sauce (in other words: a grown-up’s treat).
