Evan Williams Single Barrel is held to different standards than the rest. Hand-selected barrels are chosen and aged for seven to eight years. The bottles are marked with the vintage date of when the bourbon went into the barrel, as well as the bottling date. Evan Williams Single Barrel is the only single barrel bourbon to showcase the vintage and bottling date.
