High West Bourbon is a blend of two bourbons, one from Indiana and one from an undisclosed location. This blend of straight bourbons was originally dubbed American Prairie Bourbon to help raise awareness of the American Prairie Reserve, a group working to create the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. A unique blend that offers great flavor and outstanding value.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of caramel, honey, banana, and vanilla. On the palate is caramel, vanilla, lemon, and honey. It has light oak intensity, a thin mouthfeel with warm sensations and a medium finish.
