Laphproaig triple wood is uniquely aged in three different types of cask. The whisky first spends time in ex-bourbon casks before maturing in quarter casks, finally resting in European Oak that was used for maturing sherry. This marriage of flavors creates a special product for the discerning whisky enthusiast.

Crowd Taste Notes:
Aromas of smoke, leather, hay / straw, and chocolate. On the palate is leather, tar, soy sauce, and sea salt. It has mature oak intensity, and a oily mouthfeel with warm sensations.
