This 16-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from Knappogue Castle is aged in two types of barrels, starting in bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks. The result is a unique dual-cask character that pays homage to the brand’s heritage and the legendary Knappogue Castle 1951, which was aged exclusively in sherry casks.
