A knoll overlooking the Napa Valley is where one can find Rombauer Vineyards, founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer. Their winery features caves that extend for over a mile into the hillside. The temperature and humidity of these caves provide optimum conditions for aging wines, which are featured by many fine restaurants throughout the country. So important is wine to the Rombauers that they built a winery that caters to wine lovers everywhere.

Aromas of peach, lemon, floral, and banana. On the palate is sea salt, peach, melon, and lemon. It has no oak intensity, a dry mouthfeel and a long finish.
